【O-12】 Go for intensify of "Foods with Function Claims" system ~ What is evidence data that should be conveyed to consumers?

Although two and a half years have passed since the "Foods with Function Claims" system was established, "What kind of things" are 14.5% (2018 Consumer Awareness Survey Report on food labeling (April 11, 2017, Consumer Affairs Agency HP), low consumer understanding is not enough. Therefore, we discuss the evidence data to be conveyed to consumers from
the perspective of how to acquire evidence information, how to convey it, and how to catch it.
