【O-8】 Forefront of biopharmaceutical manufacturing
-Continuous production technology enabled by advanced ICT technology-

Continuous production of biopharmaceuticals is becoming a reality. Cost reduction and productivity improvement by system automation and miniaturization are expected, but new technological development such as process analysis and product analysis in real time and feedback technology to process are required. Therefore, advanced ICT technology that can control continuous production while processing a lot of data becomes a turning point.  I would like to discuss the extent to which continuous production of biopharmaceuticals currently has become possible and the regulatory correspondence and discuss further future.
